Terms of service
ProUX is made by Osum Studio Pvt Ltd, Punjab, India (GSTIN 03AABCO8166D1ZO). "ProUX" and "Ask ProUX Design" mean the service at ask.proux.design and proux.design. Using it means you accept these terms.
What ProUX is
ProUX is a UX knowledge base and an AI chat grounded in it. Answers are generated by third-party AI models and cite our library. They can be wrong. You stay responsible for the design decisions you take with them.
Your account
One person per account. Keep your sign-in private. We can suspend an account that scrapes the library, resells access, or uses the service for unlawful content. You can delete your account by writing to us.
Plans, tokens and top-ups
Free, Pro and Business come with a monthly token allowance. A plan is prepaid for one month and does not renew on its own. Top-up packs are one-off credits: they never expire and are spent after the month's allowance. Prices are shown before you pay. Prices in rupees carry 18% GST, shown on the card and on your receipt. Payments run through Razorpay. We never see or store card numbers or UPI credentials.
Refunds
Every plan and top-up carries a 5-day money-back guarantee: full refund within 5 days of purchase, on request, no questions asked. The details are in the refund policy.
Content and ownership
The library, the answers' structure and the ProUX brand are ours. You may use answers in your own work, including client work. You may not republish the library or resell access. What you type and upload stays yours. Prompts and files are sent to the AI providers that generate the answer, under their API terms; we do not sell your data.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as it is. We aim to keep it up and fast, and do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Indian law applies. Courts in Punjab, India have jurisdiction.
